TNTtalk had the opportunity to speak with IronE Singleton about playing T-Dog on The Walking Dead as well as another project close to his heart.
Tameche and guest co-host Sonya ask IronE about his time on The Walking Dead. They also talk about the love the fans have for his character T-Dog. We learn that while T-Dog sacrificed himself to save Carol in season 3, IronE the actor is still busy inspiring people around the world. IronE Singleton has a dramatic story to tell, his very own life story.
IronE has a unique platform for sharing his story and encouraging others to make positive decisions in their lives. He also wants to encourage people to show compassion. IronE developed his own one-man show called “Blindsided By The Walking Dead”. The name is, of course, derived from this two most famous roles to date. But it also serves as a description of a life-altering decision that precipitated his role on the popular zombie series.
The show uses speaking, dancing, music, and so much more as tools to share IronE’s message. Perhaps the tagline for the show describes it best.
“Most shows only entertain. This show is LIFE CHANGING. Our mission – Inspire the world, one show at a time.”
IronE plans to take the show on the road in 2018. He has initiated funding via a Kickstarter campaign that can be accessed using this link. In addition to supporting IronE’s mission, there are also numerous incentive packages related to The Walking Dead.
