SCAD TVfest 2025 celebrates year 13 with a robust schedule of screenings and awards.
The Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) will host the 13th installment of its television-centric festival February 5-7, 2025 in Midtown Atlanta. An impressive list of cast members and creatives will be in attendance at SCAD TVfest for awards, panels and Q&A sessions. See screenings of current series in addition to several new series ahead of their premiere date at the state-of-the-art SCADshow venue.
Highlights
Here are just a few of the honorees receiving awards at this year’s SCAD TVfest:
- The Duffer Brothers (Stranger Things) will be honored with the Variety Showrunner Award presented by Stranger Things actor Caleb McLaughlin on Wednesday, February 5th.
- The cast of St. Denis Medical will be presented with the Breakthrough Cast Award on Wednesday, February 5th.
- Uzo Aduba (The Residence) will receive honors on Thursday, February 6th with The Hollywood Reporter‘s Trailblazer Award.
- Laverne Cox (Clean Slate) will be celebrated with the Impact Award on Friday, February 7th.
SCAD TVfest turns the spotlight on a diverse collection of networks with screenings from the following and more:
- St. Denis Medical (NBC)
- Cobra Kai (Netflix)
- Found (NBC)
- Lodged (a SCAD student produced original)
- Outlander (Starz)
- Percy Jackson and the Olympians (Disney+)
- Surface (Apple TV+)
Several shows newly arriving in 2025 are also on this year’s SCAD TVfest schedule including:
- Watson (CBS)
- Doc (FOX)
- Gross Pointe Garden Society (NBC)
- Beyond the Gates (CBS)
- No Taste Like Home with Antoni Porowski (National Geographic)

Tickets
SCAD TVfest is a wonderful opportunity for SCAD students and alumni as well as the general public to explore the world of television. You can purchase tickets for single events or passes, which are available per day or for the entire festival. Special rates are available for SCAD Card holders and SCAD alumni.
Purchase tickets online via the SCAD TVfest schedule by clicking on the details for individual events. You may also buy tickets in person at the SCADshow box office. Tickets for daytime events are offered at $5 per person with later evening events priced at $10 each.
SCADFILM produces additional year-round programming including SCAD AnimationFest, SCAD TVfest and the SCAD Cinema Circle series. SCAD boasts professionally run casting offices, which operate from both the Atlanta and Savannah campuses.
