Welcome to the Crate and Barrel special on our Bosch-themed Everybody Counts Podcast!
Bosch would not be the same without Crate and Barrel. These two characters have the special ability to shine on screen as individual characters and as an epic duo. Gregory Scott Cummins and Troy Evans play Crate and Barrel, respectively.
Crate aka Detective Moore provides great detective skills and exceptional commentary, especially when it comes to ribbing his partner Barrel. Barrel aka Detective Johnson also impresses us with his investigative prowess while being at the ready to make us laugh with his unique line delivery.
Actors Troy Evans and Gregory Scott Cummins generously joined Tracey for two delightful interviews. Both gentleman share heartfelt commentary along with some good laughs. Self-described as an “old married couple” on screen, they cannot help but mention each other repeatedly in their interviews. While each has a lengthy resume of individual roles, together on Bosch they bring one of the most beloved pairings in television.
We are also joined this week by superfan Valerie Leung. Valerie and Tracey enjoy a conversation about the many things that have endeared us to Crate and Barrel over seven seasons of Bosch. And word on the street (a la Facebook posts from both actors) is that their characters will also pop up in the yet untitled Bosch spinoff currently filming for IMDbTV.
