SCAD aTVfest will be back in 2021 with more television insiders.

SCAD aTVfest is going virtual for 2021 and will continue to include appearances by actors and production experts from the evolving world of television. Dates for the 2021 installment of SCAD aTVfest, Georgia’s only television-focused festival, are February 4-6, 2021.

Enjoy a celebration of television

SCAD aTVfest attendees enjoy fascinating panels from a wide variety of television series. These panels provide insightful details regarding production and performance in addition to interesting behind the scenes details only the actors and crew would know. Ticket holders also have access to television screenings, which can include premieres and never before seen content.

SCAD also takes the opportunity to highlight and honor outstanding performances in the field of television. Both individual actors and cast ensembles have received festival awards for their contributions to television.

Just last year, SCAD aTVfest honored The Resident‘s Matt Czuchry with the Maverick Award. Justin of Hartley of NBC’s This Is Us celebrated with the Spotlight Award. The cast of the wildly popular NBC series Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist were on hand to accept the Rising Star Cast Award.

Festival insiders also include SCAD alumni who have followed their passion for television into the industry. SCAD alumni have turned the university’s unique collaboration with the industry into careers as actors, writers, set buyers and so much more.
