Tracey and Mimi are back as your mother daughter duo to talk Making It episode 4 and hear from beloved contestant Robert Mahar.
This was a particularly festive week on Making It with all the holiday-themed craft challenges. Our holiday spirits were dampened, however, when we had to say goodbye to another contestant. The judges selected Robert for elimination in week 4. These fabulous contestants have become household names among fans. It is really tough to see someone go.
Robert who calls himself a “generalist” in our interview has had broad appeal on the series. His finishing touches are so very impressive. Plus, he adds a touch of elegance to every design – even a pool tube blueberry pie costume! We take some time to talk about our own holiday crafting successes and failures. Tracey and Mimi revisit costumes and other projects from our past. The “toolbox” segment this week is all about finding ways to craft economically and avoid the traps of overspending with crafting.
