The Punisher – Episodes 5 & 6
How much trouble can a girl, an agent, and the Punisher get in? A lot… especially when dealing with with a crazy Pilgrim and a psycho jigsaw puzzle. What am I talking about? Let’s look at episodes 5 and 6 “One-Eyed Jacks” and “Nakazat”
The simple life
It doesn’t work well for a man like Frank Castle. Sitting around just isn’t his style. Though Amy tries her best to keep them both entertained – By shuffling out a game of “Three Card Monte”
And though he gets annoyed with it, he continues to play and continues losing, because like Amy explains to him… there is no way to win.
After her trying to give him a lesson about how you can’t always win, she tells him about Konchevsky – The guy who hired her and her friends to take the pictures, about how he lives in New York.
Surprise Turk. After surprising Turk Barrett (played by Rob Morgan) in the backseat of his car.
He tells him to make him a meeting with Konchevsky. To tell him someone has something he wants.
After a lot of back and forth and some threatening Turk tells him he will do it.
Madani puts her foot down
I have to say I’m loving all the reading that’s being done in this season. As that is what Frank is doing when Madani comes home.
After telling him about Billy killing that guy – in which Frank didn’t care – which technically I agree… Billy did a service to the world.
She than confesses that now she thinks Billy is insane, and that she needs Franks help putting him behind bars.
Amy pushes Madani’s last button
An already pissed Madani gets even more mad as Amy brings up the Russians and how maybe Madani could help.
Bad move. Madani gets furious about them bringing trouble to her doorstep. And tells them they have 24hrs to get out of New York. And to clean up her place before leaving.
Neither her or Frank notice Amy steal Madanis credit card.
Turk goes to the Gym
Taking a minute away from Frank, though he’s not to far away. As he’s on a roof across the street, watching Turks every move.
Turk is up for an unwelcome surprise as he says a guy from Chicago wants to make a deal with Konchevsky. They grab him and start beating him up after telling him Konchevsky is dead, and had died in Chicago.
Back to Frank who is just watching all this. Though I know he did the best thing not intervening, I feel bad for Terk.
