CHILLING ADVENTURES OF SABRINA
Take a moment to share:

Roz

Valentines Day

Asking For Sabrina’s permission

Before going to the school Valentine’s Day dance with Harvey she asks Sabrina if she minds. Which I think is a great show of her care for her friends. And gets the all go.

Valentines Dance

She has a great time with Harvey. And even tells him about her powers.

Going to his place

Going to Harvey’s place the two of them make out and afterwards she loses her sight.

Fortune told

Going into Doctor Cerberus’s place with her dad, who has to go to the Bank real fast.

While he’s gone she gets her fortune told.

Her vision

She has a vision of her dad using the church’s money to have her surgery done.

And after it works, to give back she visits the blind. On her first visit she finds out the girl she’s visiting had her eyes taken out with her eyes being put into her.

Lesson Learned?

Make the right choice. So she does and tells her dad she wants to wait on the surgery instead of taking money from the church.

Theo

Telling his dad

On the eve of the Valentines Day Dance, Theo’s dad unaware of his trans status asks if he wants to get a dress.

Theo tells him everything. Though he was of little words his dad accepted him. Which I think that the fact they showed a good outcome, that had realism to it. Instead of a negative one will give hope to many transgender people (including myself) of acceptance.

He even lets Theo get a buzz cut.

Valentines Day Dance

In a surprise moment. School bully Billy apologizes to Theo and actually tells him he likes his hair cut.

A Fortune Told

Theo as well goes to Doctor Cerberus’s place and gets his fortune read

A Vision

Theo has a vision of his great great grandmothers ghost telling him about a potion he can make at the Spellman house. And to just sneak in and do the potion

Making a potion

Theo does just that and sneaks into the Spellman’s green house and makes the potion

All seems great

The potion works, but at a cost. His limbs start turning to tree branches. Which at first is just his arm and he is told by Hilda she can either undo the potion or cut off his limb, he decides on keeping his male body and Hilda cuts it off.

Than it’s all his limbs that turns to stumps

Lesson Learned?

The tarot reader says don’t steal.

But I think the show was going more deep than that. And showing it’s not what’s on the outside that makes your gender it’s what’s on the inside. Which again as a transgender male who hasn’t transitioned means a lot.

Zelda

A proposal

On the eve of Lupercalia Father Blackwood asks Zelda to Marry Him. At first she says she needs to think on it but ultimately says yes.

A Fortune Told

Going to Doctor Cerberus’s to talk to Hilda about the wedding. The tarot reader talks her into a reading.

A Vision

Zelda sees herself getting ready for the wedding and decides not to have secrets between her and Faustus and goes to retrieve his baby that she hid from him so he wouldn’t kill her. And put in the care of Dezmelda.

Going to get her she finds out Dezmelda ate her and consumed her youth.

And at the wedding after party she finds Blackwood making out with Dezmelda.

Lesson Learned?
Some Secrets are meant to be kept.

Hilda

Valentines Day

She tries to get Doctor Cerberus’s attention but he keeps rebuking her.

when she tries a glamor on him he turns into a werewolf looking thing.

He has been avoiding her because he tried a summoning spell out of a book and got possessed by an incubus and every-time he gets turned on it comes out.

Hilda then proceeds and tells him she’s a witch.

No Fortune Reading

The fortune teller needs to leave before she is able to give Hilda her reading. But tells her that her and doctor Cerberus make a cute couple. And I agree.

Ambrose

CHILLING ADVENTURES OF SABRINA Cr: NETFLIX

A Vision

Ambrose has a vision of Father Blackwood telling him about the Judas society but to join he had to do one thing first.

And has him forge a knife and tells him to kill the Spellman woman. And when he does he annunciates him.

Lesson Learned?

No lesson learned but he does ask what that has to do with him and Luke, and she hands him the death card she was holding.

Going to see Blackwood

He finds out that Luke in fact part is a of the Judas Society and that he died on a mission and gave him Lucas’s place.

Mary Wardwell/Lilith

A Fiancé?

Lilith finds out on Valentine’s Day that Wardwell had a fiancé named Adam who had been away as a doctor without boarders. And he was back for good.

And she starts falling for him

The Fortune Teller

We find out she was the fortune teller all along.

Final thoughts

Some fans say that the doctor Cerberus’s house of horrors was a filler episode but I don’t agree.

I think it showed us a lot about each character. I think the filler was the Lupercalia episode. Except for Theo and Wardwells parts I think it was pretty insignificant.
