‘Motherland: Fort Salem’ recap “Witchbomb”

Take a moment to share:

The soldiers are graduating and will learn whether they are placed in War College or if they will be sent to the front line. Raelle, Abigail and Tally are going to the front line… and they are deploying today. They will be accompanying General Alder and Adil in finding more of his people.

Petra reveals that Alder blocked the unit’s placement at War College but that she also got her and her alone into War College. Tally and Raelle don’t matter to her. Needless to say, they feel betrayed. Abigail defies her mother and goes on the mission anyway.

Freeform/David Bukach

That night, Tally goes off on Alder demanding answers. Alder says she doesn’t regret a single call she’s made in the 300 years she’d been leading. Alder is doing a lot of talking but doesn’t answer any of the questions. She just keeps going on about them being young and not understanding why she needed to commit a felony in order to save lives.

The Camarilla have returned and are after blood. They create a dust storm for a surprise attack. Tally’s powers are truly incredible, she can feel the threat closing in on them and is able to direct the witches on where to strike. Alder is hit and is aging rapidly. Tally sacrifices her youth so Alder can survive.

On their way back to the helicopters, Raelle is struck in the chest. Abigail goes to save her and the two are left behind.

Back at Fort Salem: Scylla is still playing games with Anacostia. They do bond over both having lost their parents and Scylla thanks her for going easy on her. Anacostia ultimately gives Scylla a chance and lets her go. The plan backfires as Scylla assumes Anacostia’s identity to escape.

Or does it? Anacostia follows Scylla to a house. Wait a minute! Raelle’s mom is not dead! What! OMG what a cliffhanger!

This was a fabulous season and guess what, we’re getting a second season!

Hum… I did well not to look the show. don’t want to be disappointed again through a relationship. I would start watching the show when I’m sure it’ll work between Raelle and Scylla. 😉 At the moment not many people in confidence to the creator. Too bad
