Big Brother 21 Cast!
Hey guys! It’s summertime, so you know what that means?
It’s time for Big Brother, your REALITY fix from CBS! Today, the cast of BB Season 21 was released and here are my first impressions of the 17 houseguests (HGs):
Holly Allen, 31, Los Angeles, CA
Pageant queen and sweet southern girl mixed into one. She’s giving off the brunette Barbie “lots of botox and hair extensions” vibe. There could be more to this HG but based on her bio, she seems pretty surface. Pretty sure she will be worried about making friends in the house and joining the “popular people” alliance.
David Alexander 29, Atlanta, GA
Definitely love his vibe. He’s adorable and sounds chill and smart. Pegging him as a “middle of the road” type of HG, meaning he will not likely make waves in the house until the end.
Nicole Anthony, 24, Long Island, NY
For some reason she looks familiar to me but I’m not sure why. Maybe it’s because she looks like a cross between BB 16’s Nicole Franzel and BB 20’s Rockstar. First impression, annoying AF but possibly interesting to watch.
Tommy Bracco 28, Staten Island, NY
First, I totally guessed he was from New York before I looked at his bio! This dude looks like he’s the LIFE of the party. Loud, in your face and not afraid to express opinions. He’s super cute and a Broadway dancer! I cannot wait to see more of him.
Kathryn Dunn 29, Dallas, TX
Hmm…young, aloof and blonde. She’s cute but what else? Based on her bio, she’s not a huge BB fan and it may show quickly. I’m predicting a showmance for her to carry her through the game.
Kemi Faknule, 25, Brooklyn, NY
This HG looks sweet but according to her bio, she’s a self-proclaimed bitch. Yikes! I’m afraid she won’t bite her tongue, which we all know never works out! She’s smart and seems to know the game, which may help her strategically. I’m rooting for her though!
Jessica Milagros, 30 ish, Chicago, IL
Let’s put it this way, she’s the girl that you want to be friends with when you move to a new neighborhood. Her bio answers are super short, so either she’s holding back or she’s pretty boring.
Cliff Hogg III, 53, Houston, TX
So far, he’s our token “old dude” on the cast. Homeboy is from my city (H-town). He looks like your typical Texan (loves Aggies, politics and his cowboy hat). I can’t see how he’s going to be popular in the house. We’ll see…
Ovi Kabir, 22, Oakridge, TN
Super excited to see a brown HG IN THE HOUSE! He looks really innocent and friendly. He’s a BB fan and may use this knowledge to manipulate other HG’s. I’m not really sure what to think of Ovi at this time. I definitely want to like him this season however, he may be our first evictee.
Nick Maccarone, 27, Sewell, NJ
My daughter says he looks like a “white Soundcloud rapper”. Poor Nick doesn’t have a chance in the house once he sees the beautiful women. He sounds like he is down for a showmance and will probably be controlled by it. Seems nice but won’t last.
Jack Matthews, 28, Tampa, FL
Please tell me I’m not the only one who sees Jason FREAKIN’ MOMOA!! I have not seen his body but if he’s a fitness trainer, I’m sure it won’t disappoint. Brawns over brains? For sure. Here’s the downer, his bio has absolutely nothing of substance. I’m afraid that he will only excel in physical challenges. Most likely, he will get the girls without even trying.
Jackson Michie 24, Los Angeles, CA
Handsome, fit and all-American. He’s a guy’s guy but will almost assuredly be pulled into a showmance. He comes across as a friendly guy; however, he could be a real competition threat.
Christie Murphy, 28, Staten Island, NY
Giiiiirl. This pic of her makes me think she will be trouble! She’s also giving me BB 20 Kaitlyn vibes! She’s an “openly feminine lesbian” but not afraid to seduce the guys and girls in the house to get what she wants. Definitely the most interesting HG so far! Pretty, looks super-outgoing and mischievous. Can’t wait to see more.
Sam Smith, 31, Mountain Top, PA
Nope, not the one you’re thinking of! This guy drives trucks in Pennsylvania and wears a chain. He looks sweet and like mama’s boy! After reading his bio, he appears to be a little shadier than his looks portray. The jury is still out on him.
Analyse Talavera, 22, Northridge, CA
Gorgeous, dark haired and young. She seems completely surface and doesn’t appear to have much depth based on her bio. Yup, she’s going to flirt her way through the house and may even float to the end. BB 19’s Jessica Graf vibe but not as smart.
Isabella Wang, 22, Los Angeles, CA
Gorgeous Asian (!!!) HG, and funny as hell after reading her bio. Not gonna lie, I’m a bit scared of her because she’s willing to bend the rules and use bribery to win. However, this may make her the most interesting. She comes across intelligent and has a razor-sharp tongue. Hands down my favorite HG as of right now!
Big Brother 21 premieres Tuesday, June 25 at 8/7c. I’ll be back for more coverage throughout the summer! Until then, did you see the house reveal?
