Coming soon from ABC Studios, The Crossing has a killer premise: when “refugees from a war-torn country seek asylum in a small American fishing town” the question isn’t where they’re from, it’s when they’re from …. as it turns out, the refugees are from America, and the war they are fleeing hasn’t happened yet. How’s that for a hook?
Created by Dan Dworkin and Jay Beattie, the show boasts an impressive cast, including Steve Zahn, Natalie Martinez, Luke Camilleri, Sandrine Holt, Devielle Johnson, Ryan McDonell, Alison Wandzura, and Bernardo Badillo.
The pilot episode is directed by Rob Bowman.
The Crossing airs April 2nd, 10/9 C, on ABC.
