Executive Producer Tom Bernardo co-wrote episode 6 with fellow EP Eric Overmyer. Tracey interviews Tom at the end of the podcast to understand more about all that goes into such powerful storytelling.
We divide our discussion into 2 parts breaking down the first and second halves of the episode as almost distinct episodes. The first half brings some closure to one story while the second half introduces a tragedy that deeply effects Maddie and her fellow boots. Bosch fears for Maddie and discloses very personal aspects of his past.
